 First Year PG Diploma Course in Financial Management

 

Course Name: First Year PG Diploma Course in Financial Management Course Admission of the academic year: 2011-12 Admission Fees:  Without Late Fee For General Category With Late Fee Freeship / Scholarship Scheme is not applicable for this course

Eligibility Criteria for First Year PGDFM. Admission:
Minimum Qualification: A candidate must hold a university degree in any faculty with two years’ work experience in any organization, OR
Must have recognized professional qualifications and at least five years professional experience.   OR
Notwithstanding anything mentioned above the Defense Services Personnel may be admitted to the course even if they are not degree holders.
Document requirement for First Year PGDFM. Copies
Compulsory documents  
Date of Birth Proof (Any one )  :-Birth Certificate, 10th passing certificate, School / College Leaving Certificate 2 [X]
Proof of Residence: - Produce residential proof any one Election Card/Driving License/Telephone Bill /Electricity Bill /Ration Card/ Society Letter/ Agreement 2 [X]
Affix passport size recent photographs on Admission Form 1 [X]
Xth Std. Statement of Marks (all attempts of all lower exams) is required to be submitted. 1 [X]
XIIth Std. Statement of Marks (all attempts of all lower exams) is required to be submitted. 1 [X]
F.Y. (First Year) mark sheet. Submit mark sheet of all attempts for first year, if you are appeared for exam multiple times 2 [X]
S.Y. (Second Year) mark sheet. Submit mark sheet of all attempts for second year, if you are appeared for exam multiple times 2 [X]
T.Y. (Third Year) mark sheet. Submit mark sheet of all attempts for third year, if you are appeared for exam multiple times 4 [X]
Convocation / Degree certificate. (In case of students Passed Degree examination prior to March / April Current year) 2 [X]
In Case of Name Change : Gazette Copy or Marriage Registration Certificate 2 [X]
Students who have passed their Degree or Equivalent examination from other than University of Mumbai are required to submit the following documents in Original in addition to above Compulsory documents. (Eligibility Case)  
Original Provisional Statement of Eligibility, Migration Certificate, 12th, FY., SY., and TY. Marksheet, Provisional Passing Certificate/ Degree Certificate (Convocation). 

Normally the students does not have Migration Certificate at the time of admission, hence he / she is required to submit the Original Migration, 12th, FY., SY., and TY. Marksheet (All Attempts), Provisional Passing Certificate/ Degree Certificate (Convocation) (with 3 Attested Xerox Copies), on or before 30th November 2011 at IDOL for confirmation of his/ her admission. Failing which their admission is liable to be cancelled.

Students is required to submit the Original Provisional Statement of Eligibility (with 3 Attested Xerox Copies), with the Online admission application form.		 [O] + 4 [X] each
Students passed their Bachelor’s Degree from other University (i.e. Not from Mumbai University) and completed some Degree course viz B.Ed, LLB, M.B.A. etc. from University of Mumbai are also required to submit following document in addition to above Compulsory documents. (TC Eligibility Case)  
Original T.C. Certificate, Provisional Eligibility Certificate, 

Normally the students does not have Transference Certificate at the time of admission, hence he / she is required to submit the Original  Transference 12th, FY., SY., and TY. Marksheet (All Attempts), Provisional Passing Certificate/ Degree Certificate (Convocation) (with 3 Attested Xerox Copies), on or before 30th November 2011 at IDOL for confirmation of his/ her admission. Failing which their admission is liable to be cancelled.

Students who have passed their Bachelors Degree course from the colleges affiliated to University of Mumbai and passed any other courses from other Universities and he/ she wants to take admission in IDOL is required to submit the following documents in Original in addition to above Compulsory documents. (Migration Case)  
Original Migration certificate from the previous University.

Normally the students does not have Migration Certificate at the time of admission, hence he / she is required to submit the Original Migration, 12th, FY., SY., and TY. Marksheet (All Attempts), Provisional Passing Certificate/ Degree Certificate (Convocation) (with 3 Attested Xerox Copies), on or before 30th November 2011 at IDOL for confirmation of his/ her admission. Failing which their admission is liable to be cancelled.		 [O] + 3 [X] each
Students who have passed their Bachelors Degree course from the colleges affiliated to University of Mumbai are required to submit the following document in addition to above Compulsory documents. (TC Case)  
Transfer Certificate Fee receipt given by the colleges. 2 [X]
Students who have passed their Bachelors Degree course from IDOL University of Mumbai are required to submit the following document in addition to above Compulsory documents. (Old IDOL Students)  
I card issued from IDOL. 1 [X]
For  Reserved Category Students  
Caste Certificate 1 [X]
If you are belongs to Reserved Category (SC/ST/DT/NT/OBC) and wish to apply for Post Matric GOI Scholarship/Freeship, read instructions for Scholarship/ Freeship for documents required.  
Note: Following Certificate fee charges in addition to the above mentioned admission fee. It is submitted to the Eligibility Section only.  
Provisional Eligibility Certificate Fee: -Eligibility Fees of Rs.200/- for the students who have passed their Examination from Maharashtra State University/ Board & Rs.300/- Out of Maharashtra State University/Board. Eligibility Form Fees Rs.20/-  
Document Verification charges: - Rs. 400/- for the students who have passed their Board examination from other than Maharashtra State Higher Secondary Certificate Board (Examination).
